Implement OWS and ERPNext integrations to track team and supplier updates. 

Evaluate team and supplier performance after 30 day. 

Establish a uniform process for design, samples, Procurement , stock, distrubtion, returns and disposal. 

Implement feedback mechanism for samples and major purchases/assets.

Warehouse objectives:

Analyze warehouse, procedure and workflows and ERPNext data. 

Organize layout for efficiency: finding/returning items. 

Implement timely inventory restocking to reduce backorders and improving tracking.
