HR Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:


  1. Own end-to-end HR compliance and manpower operations in a regulated PAM environment;
  2. Ensure zero PAM blockers and uninterrupted workforce continuity for a 1,200+ headcount;
  3. Lead government relations and statutory compliance with audit-ready controls;
  4. Guide and unblock the HR team to ensure timely execution;
  5. Act as the escalation owner for labor, compliance, and regulatory issues
