Administrator ( Kuwaiti's only )
The Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant management of administrative operations. The role requires precise record-keeping and close coordination with HR, Security, Parking teams and external & internal stakeholders to maintain 100% accuracy in reporting, invoicing, and client correspondence. Success in this role directly impacts client satisfaction, financial accuracy, and compliance with regulatory authorities.
Objectives:
To learn about the Company & how to work efficiently, to increase productivity, through improved time management and streamlined workflows.
To Understand Kuwait International Airport Administrative Operations and take complete handover/ know-how on Expenditure, Roster Tracking and Reports to external Stakeholders.
Expenditure Tracking & Client Invoicing Accuracy To Accurately track and maintain records of all “refundable from client” expenditures, ensuring monthly reports are prepared with 100% accuracy to enable timely and dispute-free invoicing.
Ensure consistent and error-free reconciliation of daily allocation reports with employee rosters by coordinating effectively with HR and Operations, maintaining 100% accuracy in tracking attendance and proactively resolving discrepancies to support reliable reporting, compliance, and operational decision-making.
Client Correspondence Management: Ensure client correspondence is accurate, professional, and on time by using approved templates, tracking all incoming and outgoing communications, maintaining proper records, and completing timely follow-ups for audit readiness.
