Operation Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor ensures service excellence, safety, and process discipline across all assigned client sites by managing frontline teams, rostering schedules, inspections, and issue resolution. Reporting to Operations Leadership, this role functions as the key executor of site standards and process compliance, while acting as the liaison between client stakeholders and internal departments. The supervisor leverages technology, including ERPNext and rostering tools, to track, plan, and report on staff performance and project delivery. A major responsibility is to proactively improve service consistency while navigating unexpected staffing or service challenges. A performance-first mindset, data fluency, and commitment to operational accuracy are essential for success in this high-impact role. To Review, Understand the One FM Services and Operational Framework and ERPNext to Gain proficiency in internal doc-types and documentation systems to support operational efficiency.

To Establish Full Site Oversight and Deliver Issue-Driven Project Recovery Reports Within the First 60 Days

(Ongoing) Ensure 100% Shift Coverage and Leave Alignment Through Proactive Rostering and Conflict Resolution.

(Ongoing) Maintain Strong Client Engagement and Deliver Insight-Driven Project Reports for Continuous Service Improvement

Advance Team Performance and Operational Standards Through SOP, Policy, and Evaluation Initiatives
