Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer at ONE Facilities Management (ONE FM) supports strategic sales initiatives across core services—Security, Cleaning, and Maintenance—while gaining exposure to technical service delivery. The role involves maintaining and expanding the client database, using ERPNext for weekly tracking and reporting, and assisting Sales Manager with market research. A key responsibility is preparing tender documents, including proposals, pricing sheets, RFQs, and contracts, to support the submission process. This position plays a vital role in supporting the Sales Team to enable business growth, proposal development, and client engagement within the Facility Management (FM) market.

To leverage the ERPNext Sales Module for streamlining sales workflows, improving tracking accuracy, and enhancing client engagement, while ensuring consistent and timely reporting of sales performance.

To Support the sales team by conducting structured tender research and preparing complete, high-quality RFQ and tender packages to drive revenue growth through successful submissions.

Support the expansion of the client base and revenue growth by assisting in lead research and outreach preparation, while the Sales Manager leads contract closure and client relationship management.
