Recruitment Lead - Bulk Hire

The Recruitment Lead (Blue-Collar/ Bulk Hire) plays a pivotal role in high-volume talent acquisition within a dynamic environment.

This role focuses on designing and executing large-scale recruitment campaigns, building robust talent pipelines, and ensuring an efficient, bias-free hiring process.

A key responsibility includes forecasting manpower requirements by collaborating with the various departments, such as Operations, General Services & Sales, to develop predictive models to anticipate staffing needs.

The Recruitment Team Lead will also streamline the processes to maintain high retention rates, enhance candidate experience, and embed DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) best practices into hiring strategies.
