Junior Recruiter

Jr. Recruiters will be challenged through applying talent sourcing and attracting candidates for interviewing and hiring A-Players employees. A successful Jr.recruiter will absorb the training material from "HIRE with your HEAD" by Lou Adler and follow the recruitment department process. He/She should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Jr.Recruiter are to execute and follow the recruitment methodology of ONE-FM Hiring Process.

Learn and implement Recruitment Strategy application & Sourcing techniques

Learn how to use ERPNext for Recruitment Department requirements to submit weekly reports.

Submit Reports on Daily bases for routine tasks and work accomplished daily

Support the Team in Blue collar hiring
